General Manager Finance - Fund Raising - Real Estate

Our client, a Leading Real Estate group is urgently looking out for a General Manager Finance - Fund Raising to be based at Lucknow.

Candidates based at Lucknow and available for an early joining would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support real estate project financing.
• Raise funds through debt, equity, structured finance, and alternate investment channels.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, private equity firms, and HNIs for capital sourcing.

Investor Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and financial partners.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models.
• Ensure timely reporting and communication with stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Collaborate with internal teams to assess capital requirements and project feasibility.
• Monitor fund utilization and ensure alignment with investor expectations.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial insights.

Regulatory & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies.
• Oversee due diligence, documentation, and legal processes related to fundraising.

Market Intelligence:

• Track market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor strategies.
• Provide strategic inputs to senior leadership based on financial and market analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Mandatory Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance), CFA.
• Proven experience in fundraising for large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong network in the investment and banking ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and real estate regulations.
