Job Description
The role will head end-to-end facility and project operations for a high-end IT/BT commercial campus and will be responsible for:
Complete property & facility management (MEP, HVAC, DG, fire systems, STP, lifts, security, soft services etc.)
Campus fit-outs, infrastructure upgrades, and CAPEX project execution
Full P&L ownership including AOP, OPEX/CAPEX control and financial governance
Statutory compliance and liaisoning with key Karnataka government authorities (CEIG, BWSSB, Fire Authority, KIADB, BBMP, PF, ESI, Labour Dept., etc.)
Tenant engagement and client-facing technical discussions
Vendor management, SLA governance and cost optimization
BCP, risk management, and ISO compliance
Candidate Profile Required:
- 20+ years of experience in Real Estate / Integrated Facility Management
- Experience managing large commercial assets (810 lakh sq. ft. or above)
- Strong exposure to P&L management and operational strategy
- Prior experience in large IT parks, malls, airports, or commercial campuses preferred
- Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Strong government liaisoning experience in Karnataka is mandatory
