As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and objectives. This role involves managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities, including expansions, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Investment Planning:

• Lead the development of comprehensive investment plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Evaluate the performance of existing investments and recommend adjustments as needed.

Business Finance Projections:

• Drive the preparation of accurate and insightful financial projections and forecasts.
• Collaborate with all departments to gather relevant data for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
• decisions.

Overall Monitoring of Finance & Accounts functions:

• Pricing Strategy
• Statutory Compliance
• Treasury Management
• Order to Cast (O2C) and Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes
• International Office Accounts
• MIS Reporting
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Finance Management of Group Companies

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Chartered Accountant .
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a track record of successful fund management and investment planning.
• Demonstrated experience in business finance projections and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and present financial insights to leadership
• Ability to think strategically and provide proactive financial leadership.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
