Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Head with 17 to 20 years of experience to lead our delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects excellent English communication skills and a good understanding of the Online and Hi-Tech domains. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects meeting client expectations and driving continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale projects ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee multiple project teams providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and quality outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project deliverables align with their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the delivery teams encouraging continuous learning and development.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status performance and any significant issues.
  • Manage project budgets ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and training to perform their roles effectively.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Possess excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have a strong background in managing large-scale projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Online and Hi-Tech domains with a good understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to drive continuous improvement.
