Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The GM Business Development (IH Vertical) will lead growth efforts for the IH vertical at Sarovar, with a strong focus on acquiring new contracts across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use assets. The role involves identifying and securing business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion in line with the organizations growth roadmap.
Role will report to Director IH, dotted to SVP Biz Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development strategy to grow the IH vertical across target markets.
- Identify and acquire new contracts for hotels, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and support commercial evaluations.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, bids, and negotiations.
- Track industry trends to strengthen FM offerings and meet revenue targets.
Key Requirements
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the Facility Management industry is mandatory.
- Experience in BD or acquisition-driven roles within facilities companies, hospitality, or real estate is required.
- Ability to assess feasibility, analyse commercial models, and craft business cases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
