Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Gurugram. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including team management, setting goals, and improving efficiency across departments. Responsibilities include managing key client and supplier relationships, driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing operational processes. The role requires monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and identifying opportunities for expansion while leading the team to achieve company objectives.

Preferred Background

• MSc in Organic Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / MBA / PGDM
• 10+ years of experience in the Chemical Industry
• Exposure to:
• Sales & Marketing (B2B Chemicals preferred)
• Procurement & Global Sourcing
• Supply Chain & Export Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations acrossMarketing & Selling, Procurement & Supply chain
• Drive commercial coordination between customers and manufacturers
• Improve procurement efficiency and vendor development
• Strengthen global logistics and compliance processes
• Mentor and manage a team of 20 professionals
• Ensure seamless execution for international customers
