• Role: GM AI Vertical
• Location: Noida Sector 3 (WFO)
• Experience: 6+ years
• Education: B.Tech / BE (CS, Engineering) or equivalent technical experience

Role Overview

• The GM AI Vertical will own and scale an AI business vertical end-to-end. This is a director-level leadership role responsible for P&L, enterprise sales, operations, and customer success, driving large-scale Voice AI deployments for leading consumer enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L for the AI vertical
• Lead enterprise sales, onboarding, operations, and customer success
• Scale Voice / Conversational AI deployments across large enterprises
• Manage CXO relationships and align AI solutions with business outcomes
• Work closely with Product & Engineering to improve adoption and scale
• Lead and grow cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Ops, CS)

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in AI, SaaS, Product, or Consulting
• Proven P&L ownership and vertical/business leadership experience
• Strong understanding of AI or technology-driven enterprise solutions
• Experience working with enterprise B2B clients
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
