Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Opening Operations
- Design and execute a detailed pre-opening project plan and timeline
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely construction handover
- Set up core departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Spa, Security, etc.
- Define SOPs, service standards, and operational benchmarks
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and train key leadership and HODs
- Develop a high-performing culture rooted in accountability and service excellence
- Organize daily briefings and foster teamwork and engagement
Financial & Strategic Planning
- Prepare and manage pre-opening and operational budgets
- Track CAPEX and OPEX to ensure financial discipline
- Define pricing structures, revenue forecasts, and cost-control strategy
- Sales, Marketing & Branding
- Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to drive pre-opening buzz
- Partner with OTAs, travel agents, and tourism boards for visibility and outreach
- Reinforce brand standards across physical and digital platforms
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
- Lead implementation of hygiene protocols and operational safety
- Conduct mock runs and trial scenarios to validate readiness
