General Ledger (SAP) - Lead Associate - US Shift ( 05:30 PM - 02:30 AM )

Job Description

• Salary UPTO 5.5 LPA
• Candidate should be comfortable with salary and US Shift
• To perform GL Accounting & Reporting Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Activities which would include preparation of journal entries, Intercompany, Reconciliations and perform other industry specific activities
• Fixed Assets, Responsible and ensure all R2R activities assigned are delivered on time with minimum rejections
• Support of monthly data gathering and reporting process
• Provide ad hoc accounting and reporting support
• Ensure the financial reporting processes are completed in an accurate, consistent, timely and cost-effective manner and in accordance with accounting standards
• Ensure no SLA/ KPI miss Identify the process issues and come up with action plans to mitigate the issues
• Good communication skills with good command of spoken and written English.
• Good business sense and presentation skills.

Qualifications

B Com/M Com

Good understanding of financial processes and operation Skills.

People with experience of SAP, S4 HANA will be preferred.

Capable of effectively handling multiple priorities under time and delivery pressures in a changing business environment.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
