The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis. This role requires a sharp mind for analyzing financial data to drive better business decisions and improve forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting
• Prepare and analyse budget forecasts
• Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends Create and maintain financial models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
• Support the preparation of management and board presentations
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
• Candidates with CA/CMA background preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
