Seasoned, hands-on Legal leader required for its flagship business unit within a large Indian conglomerate operating across Metals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Power & Energy.

This is a senior, high-visibility role partnering with the business to lead legal, regulatory, M&A and dispute strategies for capital-intensive operations. Ideal candidates will be commercial, strategic, and comfortable running complex transactions and high-stakes litigation across regulated landscapes.

Location: Rajasthan

Experience: 1825 years post-qualification

Background: Preference for candidates with deep sector experience in metals, mining, natural resources, oil & gas, power or heavy industry. Strong candidates may come from senior in-house GC/Head of Legal roles or from top-tier law firms with relevant industry exposure.
