Position : General Admin - 3rd party payroll


Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Processing vendor Invoices- Security, HK, Pantry, Stationary, Hotel, Travel etc
  2. Procurement of Stationary, Pantry Material, Office equipment's
  3. Maintaining MIS of all Procurement, Invoices
  4. Arranging and Monitoring Cab and bus transport for employees
  5. Hotel/ Flight booking, Travel insurance, Visa
  6. Managing company owned vehicles- Log sheet, driver duty, Petrol-card etc
  7. Mobile / data card management- CUG connection allotment, Billing MIS
  8. Maintaining office Asset inventory
  9. Maintaining office Asset/equipment repair and maintenance & AMC's
  10. Driver, pantry & HK staff - Attendance, overtime
  11. Monitoring security, Visitor management, Daily Security Checklist
  12. Office Equipment & Asset insurance
  13. Supporting Corporate team in Internal Audit, Compliances
  14. Issuing access card, I-card to employees and maintaining MIS.
  15. BMS and Facility management service


Required Skills:

  1. MS office, ERP/ Accounting software- would be an added advantage.
  2. Qualification: Graduate/PG
  3. Languages known English, Hindi and Marathi must.
  4. Experience: 5 to 8 years in General Affairs/Administration/Facility Management
