The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with laboratory workflows and data systems.Hands-on experience with Genedata Biologics, Screener and similar.Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Jython, R) and bash environments.Familiarity with Git, Nextflow, relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure for data processing and deployment.Collaborate with clients to understand workflows and design tailored solutions. Your Profile· 6–10 years of experience in Related field Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.· Experience in presales or client-facing technical roles is a plus.· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.· Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
