Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI and modern AI frameworks to lead the design and development of intelligent applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in LLM orchestration, RAG architecture, and cloud-based AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Generative AI based solutions.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or .NET.
• Implement LLM workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure cloud.
• Work with Databricks for large-scale data processing and AI workloads.
• Utilize AI development tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• Strong programming in Python
• Experience in Generative AI / LLM based application development (34 years minimum)
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• AI development tools Cursor / GitHub Copilot
• Strong system design and architecture experience

Good to Have

• .NET / C#
• Databricks
• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, and enterprise GenAI solutions

• 812 years of software development experience
• Minimum 34 years in Generative AI / LLM solutions
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring teams
