You wont just be building chatbots; you will be architecting Agentic Voice Systems that hear, reason, and act in real-time. You will bridge the gap between complex LLM reasoning and the high-speed requirements of live audio streaming to deliver seamless, human-like experiences across mobile, web, and telephony.

Title: GenAI Engineer- Voice Agents

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Orchestration: Design and develop voice agents using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) to manage complex, multi-turn conversations.
• Prompt Engineering: Architect and refine prompts optimized specifically for voicefocusing on brevity, natural prosody, and low-latency reasoning.
• Core Development: Write high-performance, asynchronous Python code to handle the core logic and decision-making of the agent.
• The Voice Pipeline: Implement and fine-tune real-time STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) pipelines, ensuring minimal "Time to First Token."
• Streaming Architecture: Build and maintain bidirectional communication channels using WebSockets to handle live audio and binary data.
• Mobile Optimization: Optimize binary data handling for mobile environments, specifically focusing on iOS audio streaming constraints.
• Deployment: Containerize applications using Docker and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable, scalable production releases.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Deep experience with Python, specifically asyncio for handling concurrent real-time streams.
• Conversational AI Experience: Hands-on experience building voice bots or systems involving STT/TTS integration (e.g., Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs).
• Agentic AI Knowledge: Understanding of LLM orchestration, function calling, and managing state in complex conversational flows.
• Real-Time Systems: Proficiency with WebSockets and handling streaming data (audio chunks/buffers).
• Problem Solving: A systematic approach to debugging "vague" AI issues like latency spikes, interruption logic (barge-in), and context loss.
• Education: Degree in CS, AI, Engineering, or equivalent practical "in-the-trenches" experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Infrastructure: Experience with Docker and deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Mobile Knowledge: Understanding how audio buffers work on iOS/Android (PCM, Mu-law, etc.).
• Advanced Tooling: Exposure to LangChain, PydanticAI, or specialized voice platforms like Vapi/Retell.
• Telephony: Familiarity with Twilio, SIP, or VoIP protocols.
