We are looking for GenAI Developer

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Must-Have

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, diffusion models, and transformer-based architectures.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks and optimize inference pipelines.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with vector databases and embeddings.
• Craft and optimize prompts for consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Prepare and preprocess datasets for training and evaluation.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms using containerization and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into workflows.
• Implement responsible AI practices for bias mitigation and ethical usage.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and GenAI frameworks (LangChain/Langraph, LlamaIndex), Rest API integration, FastAPI,
• Expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, TorchServe, Triton) for lifecycle management.
• 68 years in AI/ML development, with at least 23 years focused on Generative AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and graph databases integrated with LLMs
