Gen AI Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking Generative AI Engineers to design, develop, and deploy GenAIbased solutions across engineering and enterprise use cases. The role involves working on LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI integration into scalable engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop prompt engineering, finetuning, and inference workflows
• Integrate GenAI solutions with engineering platforms, enterprise systems, and APIs
• Work with structured and unstructured data (documents, logs, code, specifications)
• Deploy and manage GenAI models on cloud platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams for endtoend delivery
• Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and governance
• Support POCs to productiongrade deployments

Mandatory Skills

• 310 years of overall experience with AI / ML / Software Engineering
• Strong experience in Python
• Handson experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Experience with frameworks such as:
• Hugging Face
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Experience in prompt engineering and RAG architectures
• Good understanding of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• API development and integration experience
• Strong problemsolving and engineering mindset
