About the Role

We are looking for a GenAI Technical Lead to design, build, and deploy scalable GenAI and Agentic AI applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and front-end integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end GenAI applications using LLM and agentic frameworks.
• Build scalable architectures for large structured/unstructured data.
• Implement RAG/Modular RAG, OCR, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT).
• Integrate front-end interfaces (React/Streamlit) with GenAI backends.
• Deploy solutions on cloud (Azure preferred); set up LLMOps pipelines.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices and create clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• Strong Python and AI engineering skills.
• Expertise in LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with RAG, data pipelines, APIs, and OCR tools.
• Knowledge of multi-modal LLMs, fine-tuning, and LLMOps.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
