About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in building and deploying intelligent chatbot solutions using Azure AI services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML development, Generative AI (LLMs), conversational AI, and cloud-native solutions, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services and LLMOps
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and domain experts to deliver intuitive experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Azure AI ecosystem to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 45 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+ years in AI Engineering.
• Strong experience with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Cognitive Services, Bot Service, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python for developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, guardrails, indexing techniques and RAG pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data security, responsible AI practices, and prompt safety.

• Exposure to dashboarding and UI development for Generative AI applications
• Exposure to Agile practices
