- About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLM integration, and RAG-based applications . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, and semantic search systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to rapidly prototype, fine-tune, and productionize intelligent applications.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications such as RAG pipelines, chatbots, and knowledge assistants .
- Integrate and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
- Implement semantic search solutions using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
- Build scalable APIs using FastAPI/Flask/Django to serve AI models.
- Apply MLOps practices (CI/CD, experiment tracking, monitoring) using MLflow, GitHub Actions, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) .
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in Agile teams to deliver business-ready solutions.
- Conduct prompt engineering and optimization for efficient model interaction.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security in deployed AI systems.
- Required Skills
- Programming: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Frameworks: LangChain, Hugging Face, Agile, Prompt Engineering, RAG
- Databases: SQL/NoSQL, Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, MLflow, Azure OpenAI (experience with GCP/AWS is a plus)
- APIs: FastAPI, Flask, Django
- Strong debugging, rapid prototyping, and collaboration skills.
- Good to Have
- Prior experience delivering AI-powered search tools, knowledge assistants, or automation solutions .
- Familiarity with multi-cloud deployments.
- Exposure to reinforcement learning, model evaluation frameworks, and advanced NLP techniques.
