Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in ML Ops and Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not be required to travel. This role involves developing and implementing advanced AI solutions to drive innovation and efficiency within our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to enhance business processes and decision-making.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of ML Ops pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise in Generative AI to create innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Document and communicate technical processes and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in AI and ML Ops best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI development processes and methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption of AI technologies to enhance the companys competitive edge.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in ML Ops and Generative AI with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Have a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
