Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building end-to-end GenAI applications, optimizing LLM performance, and integrating advanced reasoning/agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI architectures .
• Build, optimize, and fine-tune LLM-based applications for production use cases.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows using vector databases and relevant frameworks.
• Create multi-agent and agent-orchestrated workflows using Agentic AI concepts .
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications using APIs and custom pipelines.
• Develop scalable, modular AI components using LangChain and LangGraph .
• Evaluate model performance and ensure effective prompt engineering, safety, and alignment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the GenAI ecosystem, frameworks, and tools.
