Role: Gen AI Developer

Required Technical Skill Set:

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (Large Language Models) & Transformer Models.

Proficiency in Python programming

Experience with any of the Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google, Azure)

Experience in developing RAG based solutions

Experience in integrating the AI solution with Enterprise applications

Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Pandas etc)

Experience in building Guardrails/applying Responsible AI principles

Experience in AI performance and cost optimization

Experience of deploying AI applications into production

Good to have understanding of Agentic AI and AI Agents

Very good experience in preparing low level design/build documents

Very good analytical and communication skills

Must-Have:

Knowledge in any of the below Generative AI Technologies:

o AWS - Bedrock, Sage Maker, App Studio

o Google Vertex AI, GenAI App Builder, Gemini etc

o Azure Open AI Service, AI Cloud Foundry, AI Studio, Machine Learning

Experience with any one Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google, Azure)

Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Pandas etc)

Experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch etc)

Python Programming Prompting Techniques

Integrating AI models into applications via APIs

Understanding of AI Design patterns (RAG, Orchestration patterns, Event Driven)

Guardrails & Safety implementation

Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical modelling, data visualization, experience with large dataset

Good-to-Have:

1. AI Agents/Agentic AI

2. AI Cost and Performance optimization

3. Proficient in client communication and high work-ethic
