Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities (in Detail)

Automation and Integration Developer

• Develop and maintain basic ServiceNow integrations, utilizing REST API for seamless data exchange.
• Write and optimize scripts using JavaScript and Python to automate processes and enhance system functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tools such as SailPoint and ServiceNow into existing workflows.
• Utilize low/no-code automation tools, with a preference for Tosca, to streamline testing and deployment processes.
• Demonstrate strong prompting skills to facilitate effective communication and clarify requirements during project discussions.
• Conduct basic QA tasks to ensure the quality and reliability of automated solutions.
• Leverage expertise in Python for developing automation scripts and tools.
• Familiarity with Node.js for supporting application development and integration tasks.
• Hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools such as LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks to enhance automation capabilities.

Qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with basic ServiceNow and SailPoint integrations.
• Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
• Familiarity with low/no-code automation tools, particularly Tosca.
• Basic QA skills and understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with autonomous AI tools such as LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or automation frameworks is a plus.
