What Youll Do

• Develop GenAI applications and work directly with business stakeholders
• Build and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows (LangGraph / LangChain)
• Architect Python-based backends and integrate APIs
• Implement NL-to-SQL pipelines and data intelligence solutions
• Ensure quality, observability, model governance, and reliable LLM outputs
• Deploy GenAI systems on Azure (Azure OpenAI, AKS, Functions, App Services)
• Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices

What Were Looking For

• Strong expertise in Python backend development
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise data
• Cloud knowledge with Microsoft Azure
• Background in CI/CD, DevOps, and scalable microservices
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and stakeholder management
