Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in Generative AI and AI&ML concepts. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts contributing to innovative projects that leverage advanced AI technologies. This role does not require travel and focuses on developing cutting-edge solutions to drive our companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven applications.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and AI&ML concepts.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance scalability and accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models algorithms and processes.
- Ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of AI models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production environments.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Generative AI and AI&ML concepts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
- Have experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
- Show expertise in data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Nice to have experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Be familiar with version control systems like Git.
