AIOps Driven Triage & AutoRemediation (with RAG)
35+ years implementing AIOps pipelines + 12 years RAG pipelines
Cloud & Platform Ops (GCP Focused)
46+ years in GCP (IAM, Logging, Monitoring, Vertex AI)
Observability, LLMOps & Evaluation Frameworks
24+ years with observability (ELK/PD/Moogsoft) & LLM evaluation/drift
EUC Agentification, Endpoint Automation, Incident & Runbook Automation
57+ years Infra/EUC Ops + automation across Windows/Mac/VDI
Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and maintain agentic AI architectures for Infra & EUC operations
Lead AIOpsdriven triage & autoremediation initiatives using RAG
Operate and enhance cloud & platform infrastructure (GCPfocused)
Establish observability and LLMOps evaluation frameworks
Build and automate EUC endpoint operations and runbooks
Prioritize and convert incidents into automation backlogs
Implement strong security, governance & responsible AI controls
Enable engineering teams to contribute new tools & workflows
