Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of AI solutions to meet commercial objectives.Oversee the implementation of AI models and ensure their integration with existing systems.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of AI solutions.Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant technologies into projects.Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions and processes.Work closely with data scientists to optimize AI models and improve accuracy.Drive innovation by exploring new AI techniques and methodologies.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members.Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Commercial Gen AI and its applications.Strong understanding of AI algorithms and machine learning techniques.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
