Gen AI architect

Required Technical Skill Set

Deep knowledge of the GenAI landscape and LLM models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) across both hyperscalers and open-source ecosystems; familiarity with GenAI tools in the SDLC ecosystem, AI agents, agent orchestration, agent planning, continuous-learning agents, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, vector embeddings, knowledge graphs, vector DBs

Expertise in machine learning and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, etc.)

Strong experience in architecting AI/ML and cloud architectures at enterprise scale

Hands-on experience in Python and ML-related programming

Expertise in model development, LLMOps, MLOps, and DataOps pipelines

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and ethical AI practices, including model explainability and bias mitigation

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 35)

Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

9+ years of Masters experience and 3+ years of PhD experience handling AI/ML/GenAI projects

Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

Experience in architecting, programming, and debugging following well-architected frameworks

Good-to-Have

Experience with multi-cloud platforms; ability to continuously evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and industry trends, and guide technical decision-making and model optimization in production environments
