Role Description:

Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent system jobs focus on building intelligent systems that move beyond content creation (GenAI) to autonomous, goal-oriented decision-making (Agentic) and collaborative, multi-step workflows (Multi-Agent). Key roles involve engineering AI using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:
AI Engineer - GenAI & Agentic Systems: Design, implement, and deploy advanced AI-powered solutions, focusing on LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
Agentic AI Developer: Develop, test, and maintain autonomous agents that can plan, reason, and act to achieve complex goals, including integrating agents with external systems.
Multi-Agent System Specialist: Build, orchestrate, and optimize collaborative teams of specialized AI agents, enabling them to negotiate, share information, and execute complex workflows.
AI Product Manager/Lead: Define the strategic vision for AI agent solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, and managing AI safety and governance.
Required Skills & Technologies:
