Gemstone Lead

Astrotalk Store is looking for a Gemstone Lead to own and scale our gemstone category from an execution and leadership standpoint. This role is ideal for someone who has led teams in a fast-paced D2C environment and can build strong processes, vendors, and execution systems (gemstone knowledge can be learned on the job).

What Youll Do:

1. Own end-to-end execution of the gemstone category in a high-volume D2C setup

2. Lead, mentor, and manage the gemstone operations and execution team

3. Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and drive accountability

4. Build and optimise SOPs, workflows, and operating rhythms for scale

5. Work closely with growth and category teams to support campaigns and launches.

6. Track KPIs, productivity metrics, TATs, and quality benchmarks

7. Identify bottlenecks and solve operational issues proactively

8. Drive continuous improvement in speed, cost, and execution quality.

Who are you:

1. 2+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or fast-paced consumer startups

2. Proven experience in leading and scaling operational teams

3. Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage complexity

4. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics

5. High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in ambiguity

6. Prior category, ops, or supply-chain leadership experience is a plus
