Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) • Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Containers, GKE, and Anthos or a similar role.
• - In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its container tools.
• - Strong Containerization, Docker and Kubernetes skills.
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• - Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• - Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and best practices.
Good-to-Have • - Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• - Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• - Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 
1 Provide expert guidance on Google Containers, GKE and Anthos tools.
2 Identify training needs and provide inputs to the Training team for training sessions.
3 Assist in troubleshooting complex Containers, GKE and Anthos issues.
4 Collaborate on Containers, GKE and Anthos solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
5 Maintain documentation and stay updated with advancements in Google Containers, GKE and Anthos.
