Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled GCP Data Engineers to join our team and contribute to building scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions using Google Cloud Platform services. This role involves working with large datasets, designing data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data engineering solutions using GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using tools like Apache Airflow.
- Perform data manipulation and transformation using Python and PySpark.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to support diverse data needs.
- Apply data warehousing concepts to build robust and scalable data architectures.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
- Proficiency in data modeling and database design.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of DevOps practices within GCP.
- Awareness of data governance, quality standards, and security protocols.
