Role: Looker + GCP
Experience: 6 to 9 years

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Looker Developer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, build, and optimize scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in LookML, data visualization, and GCP data services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, Looks, and Explores to provide business insights.
• Create and optimize LookML models, views, and derived tables.
• Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Integrate Looker with BigQuery and other GCP data sources.
• Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement data governance, access control, and documentation for Looker projects.
• Support and troubleshoot Looker deployments, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
• Stay updated on new GCP and Looker features to enhance existing solutions.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Looker (LookML modeling, Explores, Dashboards).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (especially BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and optimizing queries.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience integrating Looker with GCP-based data architectures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
