General Position Summary :


We are seeking a seasoned, people-focused leader to serve as the Global Capability Center (GCC) Technology Leader, responsible for driving operational execution, delivery excellence, and talent development across CDT functions in India. This leader will partner closely with Portland (HQ) based leadership, GCC leadership, and GCC delivery managers to ensure alignment with global priorities, while fostering a high-performance culture focused on engagement, growth, and accountability.


This role will oversee critical technology functions and capabilities, including Consumer Technology, Infrastructure Engineering, SAP, Product & Manufacturing Technology, Data & Analytics, Automation, Delivery Engineering, Corporate Technology, Information Security, and Strategic Operations.


The operating model design positions this role as the direct leader of these capability areas, with responsibility for delivery managers and matrixed execution/direction provided by Portland-based sub-functional leads. Additionally, this role reports directly to the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) at headquarters. The GCC CDT team is expected to scale from 50 employees today to approximately 200 employees over the coming year.


The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in large-scale delivery management, employee development, and stakeholder collaboration, enabling the India GCC to deliver consistent value to the enterprise while developing and retaining top talent.



How Youll Make a Difference


  • Operational Leadership: Oversee execution and delivery performance across CDT functions; ensure daily operations run smoothly and align with enterprise priorities.
  • People & Culture Leadership: Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development strategies; promote a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with PDX Sub-Function Leads to translate global strategies into India execution; escalate delivery risks and ensure consistent alignment with global goals.
  • Delivery Oversight: Partner with GCC Delivery Managers to monitor quality of work delivery, track KPIs, and enable continuous improvement in service execution.
  • Performance Management: Provide oversight for career development, promotions, and performance evaluation processes; ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with global standards.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure site-level operations adhere to global policies and local regulatory standards, maintaining consistency across functions while adapting to local context.

YOU HAVE


  • 10+ years of leadership experience in global capability centers, shared services, or large-scale delivery organizations.
  • Proven expertise in operational management, including performance monitoring, delivery oversight, and issue escalation.
  • Demonstrated success in talent and culture enablement, including employee engagement, career development, and retention programs.
  • Strong ability to partner with global stakeholders and translate strategic direction into executional plans.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function delivery teams, with accountability for quality and performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills across global and regional contexts.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance, and policy alignment in global organizations.
