Navigator Sourcing Services is growing, and were looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join our apparel and home textiles sourcing team in Bangalore.

If you have 35 years of experience, understand wovens and knits, and can manage the process from sampling to delivery, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer accounts from development, costing, and orders through to production and delivery
• Coordinate with factories, buyers, QA teams, and internal stakeholders
• Source fabrics and trims, track timelines, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Travel regularly for supplier visits and production follow-ups
• Own documentation, communication, and issue resolution throughout the order lifecycle

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of both woven and knit garments
• Understanding of fabrics, testing protocols, and garment construction
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently as well as in a team
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
