Performance Marketing Specialist Gaming & Trading Ads (FTD Focused)

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer with proven experience in Gaming (Real Money Gaming, Fantasy, Casino) and Trading (Forex, Crypto, Stock Trading) advertising .

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling only Gaming & Trading clients , with a strong track record of generating high-quality leads that convert into First Time Deposits (FTDs) .

This role requires deep expertise in paid media buying, funnel optimization, compliance-driven creatives, and conversion tracking , with a clear focus on ROI and deposit-based performance .

• Plan, execute, and scale performance-driven ad campaigns for Gaming & Trading verticals
• Generate high-intent leads with a strong focus on First Time Deposit (FTD) conversions
• Optimize campaigns to improve Lead-to-Deposit and Cost per FTD
• Continuously monitor lead quality and eliminate low-intent or fraudulent traffic

• Manage and scale campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Native & Programmatic platforms (if applicable)
• Handle high-budget campaigns with daily optimization for CPL, CPA, and FTD metrics
• Implement advanced audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies

• Optimize landing pages, instant forms, and registration funnels
• Work closely with CRM and sales teams to track FTD attribution
• Analyze drop-offs from lead registration deposit
• Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven insights

• Set up and manage tracking using:
• Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4
• CRM & postback tracking for deposits
• Create regular performance reports on:
• Leads generated
• Qualified leads
• First Time Deposits (FTDs)
• ROAS and Cost per Deposit
• Use data to drive scaling and optimization decisions

• Ensure ad creatives and copy comply with Gaming & Trading ad policies
• Stay updated with platform restrictions and regulatory guidelines
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure policy-safe, high-converting creatives

• 25 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Exclusive or majority experience in Gaming & Trading Ads
• Proven success in delivering Quality Leads with First Time Deposits
• Strong understanding of:
• CPL, CPA, FTD, LTV, ROAS
• Funnel-based performance marketing
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and tracking tools
• Experience working with high-volume lead generation & deposit-based models
• Analytical mindset with strong optimization skills

• Experience with Forex, Crypto, Stock Trading, Real Money Gaming, or Casino brands
• Familiarity with OTP-based forms, instant forms, and anti-fraud measures
• Knowledge of affiliate or CPA models in Gaming/Trading
• Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality
