About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Game Designer to help define and deliver innovative and

engaging experiences in the iGaming space.

You will be responsible for crafting gameplay systems, meta-features, UX flows, and economy balancing with a strong focus on entertainment value, RTP considerations, and long-term player engagement.

This role includes Product Owner responsibilities, ensuring that feature vision, prioritisation, and delivery align with player needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

Game Design & Feature Development

Lead the design of game features, mechanics, and meta-systems aligned with

iGaming strategies.

Produce comprehensive design documentation including GDDs, feature flows, and

wireframes.

Balance RTP, volatility, payout mechanics, and engagement loops to ensure fun

and fairness.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Art, Engineering, Analytics, and QA to deliver

polished results.

Conduct reviews, playtests, and iterations based on player behavior and

performance data.

Product Ownership

Define clear feature goals and acceptance criteria.

Manage and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with multiple teams.

Track feature performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Support Live Ops with events, updates, and ongoing content enhancements.

Market & Player Insights

Analyse global iGaming trends to drive innovation and differentiation.

Benchmark competitor products to identify best practices and unique opportunities.

Incorporate player feedback through structured testing and improvement cycles.

Requirements

Must-Have

4+ years of experience as a Game Designer in iGaming.

Strong understanding of RTP, volatility models, payout balancing, and player

psychology.

Proven ability to design features end-to-end from concept to live operations.

Excellent documentation skills and strong communication with cross-functional

teams.

Experience using Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like JIRA.

Analytical mindset with hands-on usage of gameplay/product metrics.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in casino-style UI/UX and engagement systems.

Familiarity with Unity or other game engines.

Knowledge of tournament design, leaderboards, and incentive systems.

Understanding of social engagement features.
