Youll craft cinematic gameplay ads, immersive visual sequences, and AI-assisted storyboards that capture emotion and drive engagement.

This is a hands-on creative role blending motion design, Unity animation, and AI video generation - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of art and real-time technology.

1. Prior experience with creating gameplay ads and 2D character animations

What Youll Do

• Create gameplay-based video ads, trailers, and cinematic animations using Unity, Maya/Blender, and Adobe tools.
• Use AI tools for storyboarding, video generation, and creative concepting .
• Animate and implement 2D/3D assets, VFX, shaders, and particles directly inside Unity.
• Utilize Timeline, Cinemachine, and basic C# scripting for Unity animations.
• Design character animations and high-quality gameplay footage using After Effects.
• Collaborate across design, product, and UA teams to ideate, iterate, and optimize creative outputs .
• Maintain a strong focus on visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all projects.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, and creating mobile game ads or trailers.
• Proficiency in After Effects , Unity, and Maya/Blender .
• Experience using AI-powered tools (Kling, Pika, Veo...) for creative ideation and video generation.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, and cinematic composition .
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality visuals.

Bonus Points

• Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS) .
• Interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and new motion design technology.
