GA4 & Data Analytics Expert

We are seeking a GA4 & Data Analytics Expert with strong hands on experience in Google Analytics 4 and data analytics to support client-side analytics, reporting, and insights generation. The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders to enable data driven decision making and performance optimization.

• Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for websites and applications
• Design and maintain event-based tracking, conversions, and custom dimensions
• Configure and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Analyze traffic, user journeys, funnels, and campaign performance
• Develop dashboards and reports using Looker Studio / BI tools
• Integrate GA4 with Google Ads, Search Console, and other data sources
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot tracking issues
• Extract insights and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams on analytics needs
• Support ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis requests

• 35 years of experience in GA4 and data analytics
• Strong understanding of GA4s event-driven data model
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysis
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and attribution concepts
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

• Experience with BigQuery GA4 exports
• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, consent mode)
• Exposure to A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
