• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and develop solutions to enhance business operations.
• Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements are met and systems are functioning as expected.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 2-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), and familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.

• Experience in [specific industry or domain, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT].
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
