Role Overview:

We are in search of an accomplished Fusion Financials Lead with a Chartered Accountancy qualification or an MBA in Finance and 8 to 10 years of implementation & support experience. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive application knowledge with end to end business flows and a successful track record in leading financial implementation projects for global customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions for international projects.
• Deliver comprehensive application expertise to ensure the effective deployment and optimization of Fusion Financials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide integrated financial management solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Apply your Chartered Accountancy or MBA in Finance background to offer strategic insights and innovative solutions.
• Improve financial processes and methodologies with your experience.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials solutions both in implementations and support projects
• Chartered Accountancy qualification or MBA in Finance.
• Demonstrated success in implementing financial projects.
• In-depth application knowledge in financial management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage global project initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
