Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Designer located in Bengaluru. The Furniture Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative furniture designs, collaborating with clients and teams to meet aesthetic and functional requirements, and drafting detailed drawings and specifications. Additional responsibilities include identifying and sourcing appropriate materials, overseeing production, and ensuring the finished products align with design intent and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Furniture Design and Furniture production processes
• Skills in Carpentry and hands-on experience in creating prototypes or models
• Understanding of Interior Design concepts and the ability to integrate furniture into overall spaces
• Proficiency in Product Design principles and techniques
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D modeling tools, or similar
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Relevant industry experience and a strong portfolio of work
