Job Description
Hiring: Funds Lawyer
Location: Mumbai & Delhi
Experience: 28 years
We are looking for a Funds Lawyer with experience in investment funds and asset management to work on fund structuring, regulatory advisory, and transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on formation and structuring of funds (AIFs, PE/VC funds, etc.)
- Drafting and reviewing fund documentation (IMAs, contribution agreements, etc.)
- Providing regulatory advice under SEBI (AIF) Regulations and related laws
- Assisting with fund launches, compliance, and ongoing regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with sponsors, investors, and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- 28 years of relevant experience in a law firm
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Good understanding of fund structures and SEBI regulations
- Ability to manage transactions and work in a dynamic environment
