Salary: 35,000 50,000 per month (based on experience & skill set)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Fundraising Manager who can strengthen our funding pipeline and build long-term donor relationships.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional with a strong track record of working with HNIs, Corporate CSR teams, and Government funding portals. The candidate should be well-versed with DARPAN registration and compliance processes, government grant applications, and institutional fundraising strategies.
This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional & CSR Fundraising
- Identify, approach, and secure funding from Corporate CSR departments.
- Build and manage relationships with CSR heads and decision-makers.
- Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals aligned with CSR mandates.
- Manage end-to-end donor lifecycle (pitching, negotiation, onboarding, reporting).
2. HNI & Major Donor Engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to engage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Create customized pitch decks and impact presentations.
- Organize donor meetings, networking events, and follow-ups.
- Ensure long-term donor retention and engagement.
3. Government Grants & DARPAN Compliance
- Well-versed with NGO DARPAN portal processes and compliance.
- Identify and apply for relevant Central & State Government funding opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of documentation and reporting requirements.
- Maintain updated compliance records (12A, 80G, FCRA if applicable).
4. Proposal Development & Reporting
- Draft high-quality proposals, concept notes, and budget plans.
- Collaborate with program teams to develop strong impact narratives.
- Ensure accurate fund utilization reports and impact documentation.
5. Strategy & Growth
- Develop annual fundraising strategies and revenue targets.
- Create a diversified funding pipeline.
- Track fundraising KPIs and present monthly performance reports.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in fundraising (NGO/Nonprofit sector preferred).
- Demonstrated success in closing CSR partnerships or institutional grants.
- Strong understanding of:
- NGO DARPAN portal
- Government funding mechanisms
- CSR compliance framework (Companies Act)
- 12A, 80G documentation (FCRA knowledge is an added advantage)
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
