With active programs in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, the organization focuses on care, support, and empowerment of HIV-affected children while reaching out up to 1200 such children in the communities and care homes as well. DESIRE Society also operates an overseas office in Georgia, USA (IRS 501(c)(3) registered since 2010.

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraising Manager - CSR, located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors and philanthropic organizations, managing campaigns for annual giving, and collaborating with corporates and HNIs (High Net-worth Individuals) and UHNIs to meet fundraising goals. The candidate is expected to strategize and implement effective fundraising initiatives, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure transparency and accountability in all fundraising efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong expertise in managing relationships with major donors and philanthropic entities
• Demonstrated understanding of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and working with corporate companies
• Proficiency in planning and executing annual giving campaigns/events
• Highly effective communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and strategic planning abilities
• Past experience of 3-5 years in the nonprofit sector or CSR initiatives is a must
• Masters degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
