Key responsibilities

• Support all stages of the fundraising process, including investor outreach, onboarding, and presentations.
• Assist in developing and refining marketing collateral and investor presentations tailored to distributor and investor needs
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
• Collaborate on capital-raising strategy and investor engagement initiatives
• Coordinate investor reporting, events, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience

• 78 years experience in investor relations, fundraising, private equity, venture capital, or asset management.
• MBA (preferred) or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and investment products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Proven track record supporting or leading capital-raising initiatives.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
