Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi ( North West, Pincode- )

Timing: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Division: Fundraising & Donor Outreach - Rising Star Khilte Chehre

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience) + Performance-linked incentive. As per NGO sector standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate professional to lead our fundraising and donor outreach initiatives. The role involves connecting with individuals, corporates, and CSR departments to generate donations and partnerships that sustain and expand our impact.

Core Responsibilities

1. Initiate donor campaigns, events, and relevant meetings.
2. Develop and execute annual fundraising and CSR strategies.
3. Identify and secure CSR, HNI, corporate, and institutional funding.
4. Build and maintain long-term donor and partner relationships.
5. Create proposals, MoUs, budgets, and presentations aligned with donor priorities.
6. Lead donor engagement, reporting, and impact communication.
7. Map CSR trends and funding opportunities; ensure compliance with CSR guidelines.
8. Represent the organization at CSR forums, events, and award platforms.
9. Proactively strengthen NGO's brand visibility through meaningful campaigns, collaborations and advocacy.
10. Maintain CRM/database of donor leads, track progress, and report weekly.
11. Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with NGO events and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Development Studies preferred).
2. 1-4 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development (NGO experience preferred).
3. Proven record of closing high-value partnerships and grants.
4. Strong grasp of CSR landscape, sustainability frameworks, and donor reporting norms.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
6. Strong networking, presentation, and follow-up skills.
7. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and empathetic toward social causes.
8. Must be Delhi/NCR-based and available to work on-site

Existing relationships with HNIs, CSR teams, and donor networks will be a strong advantage and preference.
