Fund Manager to lead equity and derivativesbased strategies. The role focuses on generating consistent, riskadjusted alpha through directional and marketneutral strategies, tactical trading, derivative overlays, and robust risk management. The ideal candidate should bring deep market expertise, strong quantitative discipline, and handson trading experience within a hedgefund framework.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and actively manage longshort equity strategies, including fundamental, quantitative, and eventdriven approaches.
• Build highconviction long and short portfolio to deliver absolute and riskadjusted returns, independent of market cycles.
• Use advanced derivative instruments like; index and stock FNO, spreads, and volatility strategies to enhance alpha and manage exposures.
• Develop research architecture across sectors focusing on stock picking, factor research, and thematic opportunities to support various trading strategies.
• Oversee trading activities focusing on market impact, execution quality, slippage, and liquidity management.
