Job Title: Fund Accountant

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing end-to-end investment fund operations, including NAV calculation, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete fund accounting operations for investment funds
• Perform and review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations
• Prepare periodic financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements
• Reconcile bank accounts and investment records
• Track capital calls, distributions, and investor transactions
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and ensure strong internal controls

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and investment operations
• Proficiency in GAAP and/or IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
